  • Instructor Led Resource Series (ILRS): Project examined issues with rigid standardization of online courses that can create critical learning gaps and demotivate students and teachers. A solution to this was tested that resulted in up to 40% higher performance rates.  Presenting related paper at the Twenty-Third International Conference on Learning, University of British Columbia, in October, 2016
